I found that my map I created on ArcGis Online (ArcGIS.com) doesn't work property.
After saving the map pop-up with information about the objects never shows again. I fount that this is a problem of all ArcGIS online system and they are fixing the problem now.

Problems solved on this morning all pop-ups working now!
